This photo was taken last year during the holiday season. I remember gathering fresh berries and evergreens from my yard to create this festive collage. It feels like I just shot it a few weeks ago, yet here we are — fast approaching another holiday season at Bittersweet.
So much goes into preparing and highlighting our handcrafted holiday collection that it’s hard to put into words. Every year, about this time, I’m reminded of just what a true labor of love it is. The making, the wrapping, the long hours — sometimes I catch myself wondering why I do it all. But the answer is always simple: I want people to enjoy the holidays with a timeless, heartfelt gift, handmade with love.
Year after year, the cycle repeats, and each time I find myself in awe of just how special these holiday soaps really are. After nearly three decades of creating, I’m still comforted by the thought that this is my calling — and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
